Usually I love Howies since the food is super good and the service is fast. However tonight really changed my opinion. Our waitress said that the kitchen was a little backed up so it might take a little bit longer. We were fine with that but it took 1.5 hour for us to get our burgers. When we got them, both of our patties were burnt and charred and they tasted super dry and bad. My onion rings seemed old. We wanted to ask for a new order but the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes and we didn’t want to wait even longer for our food. I was super disappointed with the quality of food, service and lack of communication. It’s gonna be a while before I go back there.

Over an hour and a half is too long to wait for a mediocre meal. Manager was rude, waitstaff was fantastic, will not be returning anytime soon. What happened to the really phenomenal manager that used to be at Famous Dave's and then came to Howie's? That guy had great people skills and tact.

There is a huge selection of on tap beers, mainly local or midwestern with some of the standard big beer brands as well. The menu had plenty of choices with speciality burgers, delicious fries and specialty sides, fun cocktails, and an excellent kids menu that included a dessert and a great price! The restaurant itself had a great ambiance. Our waitress was excellent and we were served quickly and efficiently. Well trained staff and excellent food! Had options for all!
Run, don't walk, to Howie's! They have the best food and amazing drinks! The summer Paloma was maybe the best drink I've ever had. The service was also incredible! It was such a pleasant surprise and I would love to go back again :)

This was my 2nd time coming here. The is decent. I've had a couple different burgers, there wings which have a hint of smoke flavor which I liked and some kind of loaded French frys that were decent.
