I am disappointed to hear that the bar at the La Crosse/Onalaska store (and all Hy-Vee locations) will close April 30. It was managed and staffed very well. This was something that made Hy-Vee unique, and now it will be less so. I guess dropping Wahlburgers was a step in that direction. No thanks to the Corporate Office of Hy-Vee, Inc.

Do not get it unless you are expecting the most basic western Chinese entree. Good deal if you have many mouths to feed. Probably got them at the wrong time, 6pm? Crab Rangoon were old, probably from lunch rush hour? I’ve been to other hyvee and they had much better quality Chinese.

Wow really expensive for cold food and the Chicken with the general and sweet and sour was like soggy chicken nuggets. Ordered a side of sweet and sour sauce it was 50 cents and it’s the size of a ketchup packet. The crab Rangoon they give u with the meal they planted upside down on top of the low mein so those were wet and soggy. The taste wasn’t disgusting but that’s the best I can do. NEVER AGAIN

This is my fifth and last trip to Wahlburgers in HyVee... the bartender spends more time out from behind the bar then she does behind the bar... last night December 27th she was in the customer area eating while we were waiting for drinks, completely being ignored.... Then after eating she went behind the bar to make drinks without washing her hands... further, she handled garbage, removing garbage bag from the garbage cans and continued on making more drinks without washing her hands... this is absolutely disgusting... we walked out

Tried to order pick up today 6/21 @ 530 but pickup time was 6/23 from 8-11 not helpful if trying to avoid "the rush" very disappointing.After going to Hy-Vee and getting the food and waiting in line for 20 min which I tried to avoid. the selection online was completely different and missing 2 of the 3 listed options online. On top of all of that... the buy 3 entrees for$15 wasn't an option in the store! The portions were pitiful and equally as appetizing. The crab Rangoon had no filling in it, but was folded pretty.Congratulations!I've had better frozen meals.Don't waste your time.

First experience at Hyvee fast&fresh convince store was not a good one, Manager sat with her head on her hand eating and complaining how hung over she was, as I waited for employee who was out on floor at register. Manager proceeded to reprimand and direct d kitchen employees as she sat half awake eating food she had just taken off the warmer. Good help is hard to find!
