We’ve tried ordering from this location a few times unfortunately because we have limited options around our neighborhood. They have NEVER gotten our order correct and they are always super rude about their mistakes. After this last time the service was so unbelievably terrible I think we finally learned our lesson and won’t give them anymore business. Absolutely terrible.

The last time I ordered from this specific Jimmy John's I never received my food and they kept my money, never refunded me. I haven't ordered from them since. Which is a shame because I do like their subs, this store can't be trusted however.

Terrible service, very rude. Sandwich was literally thrown together and I specifically asked for no cheese and guess what was added…..bread was hard and barely any mayonnaise on my BLT. Will not come back to this location again!

I placed an online order with a confirmation email at 7:54. Hadn't gotten the food after 45 minutes so I called at 8:40 and was told the driver left 5 minutes ago with our order and we were first on the route to drop off (I live about 10 minutes max from the store with good traffic). It's now 5 after 9 and I still haven't gotten my $35+ in sandwiches, drinks, and chips. Super unhappy and honestly really ridiculous that it's been over an hour and I still haven't gotten my food. Checked outside the apartment doors thinking maybe it was left but nothing.

Update: I just called again at 10 after 9 and was told that the driver left over 30 minutes ago and that I'm probably the last to get my food dropped off now since he's still not here....

I asked for a #3 Tuna. They complained to each other about making fish. The tuna bucket was empty and full of juice, they took the same container in back and just put in more tuna. My sandwich was wet and messy. The floors were filthy and not one service member looked/spoke to customers. I threw that sandwich away. Staff were complaining about whose turn it was to mop.

My girlfriend's sandwich was made incorrectly, driver left our entire order outside without a text or call (did not say to leave at my door), order took 20+ minutes and the driver forgot my drink and when I called to ask about it, I was greeted by a significantly less than enthusiastic "do you still want your drink or just a credit?" After telling the girl on the phone I still wanted my drink, she said she'd send it out with the delivery person, and as of the writing of this review, it has been an additional 20 minutes and still no drink.

I don’t often visit Jimmy John’s. It a bit further of a drive so I’ve gotten in the habit of frequenting one of their competitors. However, for some reason I don’t even remember, I did stop at my local Jimmy John’s recently and was impressed. Their menu was a nice change from my usual and everything was very good. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as impressed with the atmosphere but will visit Jimmy John’s again for take out orders.
