I had one of the worst experiences at this KFC recently. I went through the drive-thru around lunchtime and ordered extra crispy chicken. The employee did mention there would be a wait, but they never told me how long it would actually be. I ended up sitting in the drive-thru line for over half an hour, with absolutely no updates or communication the entire time.
What made it even worse was the attitude — there was no sincere apology for the delay. When they finally gave me my food, it was just a quick “thank you” like nothing happened. The service felt careless and dismissive, as if my time didn’t matter at all.
To top it off, after waiting that long, the food wasn’t even hot — it came out lukewarm and soggy, which completely defeated the purpose of waiting in the first place. For a restaurant that should be prepared for the lunch rush, this kind of service is unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly questioning whether I’d ever return to this location again.

It's fine. Everyone in a while i enjoy a kfc product. Ordered a family meal, sides were for 1 person only. Very disappointed for being a family meal.

I placed a mobile order and they were still late by 30 minutes. I understand the line was long and there were only 3 workers but per the app, there’s a pick up area. However we still had to wait in line and there wasn’t a pick up area. When I asked, the cashier became snappy at me. I get you’re busy but there needs to be a side just for mobile pick up.
Once we got home and opened our order, the food was half filled. I ordered large fries and they are so tiny! $6 for this?!

Went thru the drive thru. Specifically asked for the chicken strips to be fresh and told them I would even wait for them.. reason for this is because they are ALWAYS COLD AND DRY AND HARD AS A ROCK so they tell me that they are already fresh.. I knew immediately they wouldn't be but gave them the benefit of the doubt I didnt wanna be a crazy Karen and double down I decided to trust them instead.. gee what do u think I received?...😑😑😑 HARD COLD DRY CHICKEN ROCKS. And the mashed potatoes tasted watered down and flavorless.. This is the whole reason I rarely go there I gave up trying to get food that was EDIBLE. Im done. It's not hard to make food worth eating especially if the customer is willing to wait patiently... No wonder they aren't the leader in fast food chicken anymore.

I haven't eaten at a KFC for quite awhile. We went through the drive-up, so I can't comment on the restaurant itself. All of the food from the chicken to the biscuit's tasted great. The service was fast and courteous. I will definitely be going back to this KFC.

I've been eating Original Recipe since the 70's, in many different states and it was always consistent...until today. This place messed up the Colonel's famous recipe. Idk what they did but they did it wrong. To add to our distaste of the experience my wife had to wait in the drive thru for 25 minutes....and they forgot about her so she had to walk in and get our food. And another addition was the rudeness from the worker, arguing with my wife about where to park and wait. The whole thing was ridiculous and we won't be back. Why did I give them 2 stars, you asked. Biscuits. I loved the biscuits! But not enough to return....
They make it to order so it takes forever and the pricing is idiotic
Vegetarian options: It’s chicken and apparently fried in a Kentucky style…get the boxed rehydrated potatoes
