Ordered food ahead 45 minutes and when I arrived I was told “There’s a wait on the chicken, it’ll be about 5 minutes.” Not sure how 16 pieces of chicken takes 45+ minutes to make, but here we are. Building is run down and always garbage in the parking lot/grassy areas.
I placed a simple 20$ family meal with fries and they gave me coleslaw instead it seams like something is always wrong wit my order when I ordere the simplest stuff and I always have a wait wen I use the app and I thought the whole purpose of the app was to “save time and skip the line”

Drive thru speaker barely works, $17 for 6 chicken tenders. Had to pull off and wait when we were the only car. Poor customer service.

Every time I've gone they always screw up something with the order, and if I am back home by the time I notice and call them there response is "well if you want it, you can come back and get it." Only place I've gone on the Southside where the Attitude of the employees suck & just feels unwelcoming.

Came through at 6:56 didn’t realize they closed at 7 and told them I’m sorry I won’t make them cook I’ll let you close and they insisted I ordered and told me it was okay! I ended up getting some of the best kfc I’ve had a awhile thank you guys again!

Food was amazing. Not very busy and dining room was pretty dirty. Plenty of opportunities for staff to come out and clean.
I ordered on the app for the first time and it was ready within 15 minutes. We hadn’t tried the fries or chicken tenders before and oh. My. Gosh. Excellent!! These fries were so crispy and full of flavor. The tenders were crispy and so juicy. Next time we want fries- we’re going to KFC. Next time we want tenders- we’re going to KFC. It isn’t often these days that a restaurant takes time to serve fresh food. Or care about quality. Or the customer. This time it did. We hope this is an everyday experience here!
