This not a review for any particular store.I usually get good, fast and friendly service from your employees wherever I go.My review is about a specific bakery item: your frosted, boxed cinnamon rolls. This is my experience for the past 7+ years!I LOVED your cinnamon rolls! Then one day they were being made with (in my opinion) WAY TOO MUCH cinnamon. The balance between the sweet and cinnamon became a mouthful of an overpowering cinnamon flavor. It was like I shook straight cinnamon from a spice container. I noticed the darker brown on the top of the rolls the same time the flavor had changed.I’m wondering who increased the amount of cinnamon, and why did they mess with a good thing?Will you consider going back to how they were made several years back?I’ve wanted to share this with KT for the longest time, but was never quite sure how to contact the people who would care. Have other people commented on this?Cinnamon doesn’t taste better when its balance with the sweet changes,

The worst employment I ever had.The job listing has the Donut and NE Sweets departments. I liked the NE Sweets' schedule and I agreed to the NE Sweet position when I did the phone screening and during the Zoom interview with the HR recruiter.Somehow, the plant manager(?), put me in the Donut department, and I learned on my first day from my trainer that they put me in the wrong department. Next day, I talked to the plant manager and she told me that if I don't like then I should give them 2 weeks' notice or it'll be difficult to get back in.They finally transferred me to the correct department after a month. I worked there for another month before I walkout because 2~ weeks prior, KT has their annual bonus check meeting, and half of the people aren't going to get it and we checked with the supervisors and they said that if we were to go then it'll be like getting overtime. So, we didn't attend and that day I only worked 4 hrs because after the meeting they went to work right away. The reason I walkout was that they disrespect me and I don't like their management structure.

Showed up at 0600 for 0800 appointment. Unloaded and paperwork in less than 30 minutes. Professional and efficient.

Came in for delivery around noon and was kicked out telling me my appt is for next day 8am. Empty place no other trucks and they won't do you a favor to unload you. So do yourself a favor drivers and don't bother coming in early for delivery.
