All new docking there and many spaces available. They also have a double boat ramp. Great place to put your boat in the water with no current to make things easier.

No elec at the docks. City is saying all our houseboats are the problem. Not gonna admit they spent $400,000 on a new system that doesn't give our boats the power they need.
