McDonald's is far too expensive to patronize. They used to be a quick affordable place to grab mediocre food for a half decent price. Now it is mediocre (and unhealthy) food that is drastically overpriced. Seems to be across the board that fast food places have forgotten their place. They aren't that good.

Does everyone at McDonald's smoke weed or are they just that stupidly dense? I asked for 4 steak egg and cheese bagel meals and they repeated, not once but 3 times, sausage bagel, I kept repeating steak. They then said "oh, bacon." I had to scream steak. They put down 1. Asked if I wanted anything else. I said "ya, 4 more of those" 2 with coffee and 2 with orange juice. Get to the window, I am handed 1 coffee and am asked to pull to the next window. I said " I will once I get the rest of my drinks" he was clueless until he looked at the order again. Needless to say, the order did come out as ordered but for pete sake, you don't deserve to make $$ at McDonald's and this is why.

Food was okay and communication was good but terrible service. I worked at plenty of fast food restaurants and everyone knows that if you mess up an order you should either give a discount or money back, or let the person keep the food and give them the correct order. You don’t take the food, offer zero discount, and not even apologize. We know your already gonna throw the food out anyways like Some customer service. I worked at a McDonald’s for three years and when they hire you they make you attend a whole training on what to do at work and they talk plenty about what to do if you mess an order up. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I’m a regular customer but respect was below average today so I might be just limiting how much I come here?

Went through drive through this morning. I ordered a sausage biscuit and they gave me a burrito instead which was on my receipt im guessing they misunderstood me so that was fine. I took the loss of my extra money and asked for a biscuit instead, pulled out of the drive way and still had no biscuit but a sandwich and BBQ sauce for a breakfast sandwich?? I ended up getting a refund and was late for work with still no biscuit.. ?

There dining room every table was dirty and they have no customer service at all i have been to 2 in lacrosse and the one in tomah all the same
