We love Moka! We go once a week or every other week. I have never been disappointed by any of the beverages or snacks. They have yummy vegan banana cookies and delicious chocolate chip cookies. Their white mochas, blended matcha lattes, mango smoothies, and chai drinks are all wonderful, and consistently wonderful. The staff are all super sweet and go above and beyond.

Ordered the Jamaican cold coffee and it tasted fine. Nothing too special. Pricing was a bit more than expected and service was a bit slow. Though I think it was because the staff was new and being trained. Would I go back? Probably not.

I pulled up at 530am to grab a coffee before work. I had both girls working look me straight in the eyes and not acknowledge my presence. I sat there for 7 minutes and then left. I am in the hospitality industry and I am appalled at the way I was deliberately ignored. I WAS a regular customer there and have purchased 3 of your Moka mugs over the last few years. This is unacceptable.

I have been a regular customer (I'm more reliable than the mail even) since 2011 when you still had the hut by Ward. Your prices are getting outrageous. I can get a large signature latte from Dunkin for $5.50. Today, I was charged $6.38 for the same size latte from you guys. With inflation, I guess we both know where I'll be going from now on.
