I’m really disappointed just because we love Papa Murphy’s but we’ve had bad luck with this location 2 times now. The 1st time the caesar salad was not brought out at pick up so my boyfriend had to drive back and get it- which wasn't that big of a deal. But this second time (09/11/25 - 7:36 PM): I ordered online and ordered an original crust pizza and garlic knots. I went to pick it up and brought it back to my car. I was looking at it and thought it looked rather thin to be an original crust pizza, so I brought it back inside and asked the worker if they were sure that it was an original crust and not a thin crust- she said “I think this is an original crust” - didn’t seem sure. I didn’t want to argue or anything so I said okay and went back out to my car. I then watched the two workers close the store as soon as I sat back in my car (25 minutes early mind you). I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought the dough would maybe rise more as it baked but we brought it home and cooked it and unfortunately it was a thin crust pizza. Super disappointing because I’m pretty sure they knew that when I asked but just wanted to close.

The Gourmet Veggie is my absolute favorite! On thin crust it is delicious & a pizza I do not feel guilty eating.

Always great! Serve was friendly, pick up was easy n on time. The website n ordering was easy. Also, deals online made the price perfect for a Thursday after work n to tired to cook. Great job!!!!

Been going to this place for years, the last year it has been awful customer service , no teamwork, One employee making pizza the other one chit chatting, and the other one cleaning out a refrigerator watching the sky try to catch up and get these pizzas done The prep area was a mess, I really think they need to look at the staff and the management. It's nothing like it used to be. And I haven't gotten a pizza on time in over a year, which I don't understand well I do because they move at a pace of a turtle. And called two times in the last week at 6:00 p.m. 6:30 p.m. at night and absolutely no one answers the telephone That's awful your business is going to suffer if something doesn't change! Especially when they tell you to call them after you place an online order if there's a topping that you want at it that's not on there. Well green olives are never on there so I try to call to have them put on and they don't answer the telephone!

If I could give a 0, I would. We placed an order online and when we arrived at the time we entered when we ordered, there was a note on the door that said they were closed due to staffing. There was a man we could see in the back making dough but he refused to open the door or answer the phone. My card was charged but I never received what I paid for. There was no call to let us know we wouldn’t get our pizza we paid for. You would think they could shut off online ordering if they were not going to be able to fulfill orders. Would not recommend this location.

I love this place. The sauce is excellent, and the toppings are fresh. and every Tuesday. They have a reduced cost special, so it makes buying pizza variant affordable.

Amazing quality, fast service, and greeted at the door with polite customer service.
