Very busy. I waited patiently even when everyone got their meals. Then had to remind her what I ordered. Meal was never together ... Burger, I asked for my cup soup, then my shake, not made yet & then I went her station where the computer was & had to tell her I did get my pie. How awful. All the customers go theirs, I'm 67 is that why? She checked on 1-2 times only

This Jerkins is great. The letters are burnt out, so that's what it's called. I came with a large party. They handled it fairly well.

The service was very slow. Going at bar time, we understand it's not going to be the best service ever, but this was by far the worst experience we've had there. It took a lil over 10 minutes to b seated, then another almost 10 minutes to get our drinks ordered. Once our drinks were delivered our order was taken. It took about 45 minutes to get our food. Upon delivery of our food which needed syrup, ketchup, and was asked to bring honey mustard... it took about 10 mintues to get those things which were needed to eat our meals. Refills that were asked for were never delivered and the bill was never delivered. Our waitress literally never returned to our table. Though we did witness her (the night manager) talking to someone near the front of the restaurant close to 20 minutes. Plus we never received our slice of banana cream pie. Just very very disappointed in the service... we never experienced anything like that at all!!

Guys, it's a Perkins. I'm not going to lie to you and say that it's good, I'm not going to lie to you and say that it's bad. It is a Perkins. It is a restaurant engineered to put decent tasting food into you at a decent price. The pie maybe deserves an extra star, but it wasn't enough to tip the scales here. Let's all understand what a Perkins is, and roll with it.
Most poorly managed Perkins I have ever been to. Be sure to open your schedule if you plan to eat here. Staff is also irritable and unfriendly with the seating area at 50% occupancy. This place needs some serious help!!!! Update: it took 1 hour and 45 minutes from walking in the door to receive our food at our table. Food was all cold and the chicken had a sour taste. One from our group got the everything skillet which literally had gravel in it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
