Pizza I just bought what was probably a leftover, hard crust, asked for extra sauce didnāt get, very very unhappy with this pizza and Iāve had it happen before with this story but thought Iād give them another chance and I was once again disappointed, never again will I order pizza from this place.

Do not go here! The manager that was working last night is a horrible manager. When I called to ask about the pizza delivery and found out my pizza was in La Crescent when I Live 5 minutes away in Lacrosse and the pizza was already 20 minutes late she was horrible and hung up on me

My mother who is elderly Ordered a pizza through the app, waited way past the estimated time then called the store the manager was a female wouldn't give her name and was extremely rude. If there was an option to give a zero star review they would get one! DO NOT

Ordered a pizza at 5:20 didn't get it until around 8:00pm. Had to call the store twice and talked to Heather. She was pretty helpful at first and told me that the pizza was on its way out and she apologized for the wait due to the weather. 40 minutes later, we called back wondering when the pizza will be arriving. She became aggravated & said "it's leaving now" with a rude tone & then hung up the phone. Disappointed in the professionalism & service.

Ordered for deliver at 6:20 and the expected delivery was at 6:53ā¦ time comes to 7:15 and I decide to call the store in case the driver had an issue finding my house. The lady who answered the phone said that the food would be there shortly and was on its way but had a very snotty tone throughout the entire phone callā¦
time comes to about 8:00 and I decide to call again because I just want to check on things again, of course I was nice about it, I said āhello I called about 45 minutes ago checking on the status of my orderā¦ā then the same lady from before interrupted me and said, āWell, he just said heās around the corner soooo,ā and then hung up on me immediately.
The driver gets to the house, knocks, I answer the door, and he is a very nice young man who had said that he was the only delivery driver tonight so heās been very busy.. I thanked him and ate my food.
The rude lady on the phone couldāve explained to me that there was only one driver so thatās why the food was taking longer or at least something rather than being bratty and hanging up. I appreciate the the drivers tone of voice and we need more people with an attitude like him working at not only Pizza Hut, but other stores. It seems as if many others have an issue with this and I hope bosses show a bit of concern to the reviews that are written here.

I eat pizza three to five times a week all over the country .this is the crappiest Pizza anybody's ever delivered to me. I now know why they dropped it at the door and ran it was old before they brought it to me... This is why I don't tip hardly anything Fu Pizza Hut.. you should be ashamed for doing that somebody dinner

I ordered a dinner box with a pepperoni pizza and supreme pizza with black olives. I received a pepperoni pizza and a meat lovers pizza no problem. I called to get it all straightened out and was put on hold for 20 minutes was told that I was lying basically that she āknew she boxed it up correctly and it was a supreme Pizza with black olives on it .ā Hereās a picture of what I got The kids ate most of the pepperoni pizza, All I wanted was for them to either remake the pizza or make it right you know and instead was told after 20 minutes that after talking to two managers that the manager wasnāt there and that theyāll give me a call back Horrible customer service absolutely wouldnāt recommend this place ever pizza barely cooked
