Matt catered my wedding and while his food was delicious and got high praise from all the guests, there were a few significant issues. We had a lot of communication problems throughout the planning. I attempted to set up a few phone calls to discuss the details and Matt would miss our scheduled time and several days would pass without me hearing from him. For a bride planning her own wedding, this added a lot of unnecessary stress on me that could have easily been avoided if he had communicated better and done what he said he was going to do. On my wedding day, there was an unmistakable feel from his team that they wanted to clean up and be on their way as fast as possible. Several of my guests told me that they felt they were being rushed through dinner by the hovering waitstaff waiting to clear their plates. I understand that they have a process and they want to get cleanup done efficiently, but the amount of hovering was too much. Matt also forgot that he was supposed to do the cake cutting and was on his way out the door when I realized this. He did come back and cut the cake but only cut 40 pieces when there were 90 guests in attendance. As a result, half the guests did not get cake and we ended up with so much leftover we had to throw most of it out. He claimed afterwards that he didn't cut more because he thought we would want to save the top layer of cake, but despite there being plenty of people around he did not confirm this with anyone and acted on assumptions. Overall, I think Matt's business has a lot of potential because they do make quite good food, but the lack of professionalism is a glaring issue that really put a damper on our experience.

Matt catered our dress rehearsal for our wedding. Not only did he prepare exceptional prime rib sliders, but he also roasted fresh corn on the cob, and made some awesome spaghetti squash pasta for our vegan guests. Most people said that our dress rehearsal dinner was better than our wedding dinner! He also makes the best pulled pork, and chicken que in town. You won't find better quality for such a great price.

Our guests would not stop talking about how good the food was for our wedding! Matt went above and beyond to provide water glasses and a tall ladder to set up for our big day. No leftovers should be a review in itself. Thank you, Premier Catering, for putting our day over the top!
Matt catered my sisters wedding. The food was good, but Matt is a liar and scammer. He quoted my family $8800, but when it came to payment, he requested $9000. After asking where the extra $200 came from, he flat out said, “I was being slim shady and trying to see if I could get $9000 out of you”. Day of the wedding comes, he shows up without a wait staff, leaving the wedding party having to serve the food and clean up afterwards. My family paid to serve 430 people. Afterwards, he said he only served 390. Having served less people that what we paid for and the lack of wait staff, we asked for some reimbursement at which Matt followed with lies upon lies to get out of it. Overall, horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend.

At the reception, he was amazing—there was the perfect amount of food and it was great. He was so polite and really went above and beyond our expectations for him.
