Kewan deserves a raise. Exceptional service from Kewan he got me food after having to wait an hour and not get half of my order. The rest thought to focus on other stuff first but Kewan wanted to help the people who were waiting the longest and deserved it. Give Kewan a raise and figure out the other problems.

Quality and customer service has continued down hill in the last year. I typically stop for dinner and on multiple occasions they were out of several proteins, salsas, and guac. Dining area is absolutely filthy. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Grossly unclean interior, staff didn't change gloves and had their hair down and not tied up, food was cold, staff was unfriendly. Would NOT recommend, especially for the price.

Food was fine. No complaints. But the workers were creepy and unfriendly. One of the guys just stared at us like we were meat. It was very off-putting. The cashier didn't make eye contact and barked at us our total. It was weird to say the least. But the food was as expected. Nothing spectacular but clean and safe

Very uncomfortable experience. Ordered a bowl with chips, asked for white rice; they were out. Ok fine. Requested pork as my protein, they said they were out. Then they proceeded to say “oh we can use the rest of the pork actually”, and then the employee proceeded to dump all the pork juice and no more than a teaspoon of actual pork onto the rice. Requested lettuce, they were also out. Got to the end, asked for the chips I asked for at the beginning of my order..they were “out”. Not worth the $12+ dollars…
Usually I love qdoba. But I literally got a bowl that was maybe a third full and yes I ordered through DoorDash but come on? It wasn’t even worth the money at this point.

Very slow customer and the manager on lead was very rude to the black couple in line behind us and was acting all nice to me and my family in line. Also another person in front of us was already waiting for 30 mins to get her order in but the people working inside only were making online orders. Most of the people in the line were concerned about getting their orders correct and were still wondering if their items they paid for were even in stock for the workers to get for them.
