The cook don dont wear gloves when hes dealing with food, and he coughs all over the food, working there is worse, servers get paid $10 a hr with half broken appliances, place is trash, and holly is a bad manager, she has a power trip, and doesnt actually care about her employees, none of the other employees will speak out about it and these are facts, i only stayed for the coworkers i liked, and holly wasnt one of them and neither was don the cook who dont wear gloves.

They don't even wash their vegetables they take it right from the box put it in a slicer slice of server to you they should be washing their vegetables you think they learn from Chipotle salmonella is no laughing matter

Ordered takeout and order was incorrect because of ticketing error, and even though what I had got wasn’t on the ticket, they were still nice enough to fix it without issue. Thank you so much! <3
Edit: I decided to check my email receipt when I got home bc something didn’t feel right, and it turns out it wasn’t a ticketing error it was a ME error. I forgot to confirm editing my order and you guys covered for my screw up. I’m so sorry…but thank you for being cool about it. Appreciate you!!!!

Went in there after they had opened for the day and was told that it would be over 15 minutes for any food to even be done. Went back after the 15 minutes had passed and now they’re saying it’ll be another 20-30 minutes atleast till anything is done, and when I said I’m confused because last time I came in you guys told me 15 and that was 15 minutes ago , so like what’s going on? Clearly something needs to change , when they open at 1030 and food isn’t even going to be ready till after 11. Didn’t even get our food till 1130

There are so many better choices downtown the food quality was terrible. Not worth the money in my opinion. I will never be back and this was my first time trying it. Maybe it is good when you are very drunk but sober not a great experience. I also believe the one woman working there maybe was making fun of a homeless person I am not really sure not the environment I want to be in.

i was ordering a bowl late night and as i was ordering, i asked for the “least spicy queso.” guy next to the person taking my order whispers to him and goes “give her the spiciest one.” and then proceeded to give me the spicy queso. i was using my manners and being polite—terrible attitude from employees and can’t believe they would do something like that just to spite a customer for no reason.

We went here at 9 pm on a Saturday and there were no other customers in the store. There was about five or six workers just sitting around on their phones. One sitting at a table playing on his phone, drinking soda and loudly belching and two more in the back arguing. There was food and garbage over pouring out of the garbage cans all over the floor and the counter. This place was absolutely disgusting. We don’t plan on coming back anytime soon unfortunately.
Place looked like a horror show in the back. Trash everywhere, dirty utensils, nasty food, and bad customer service.

My past experience is at this restaurant have been good which is why I went back when I had the opportunity. This one however, was quite different. The help struggled to keep up and seemed very unorganized. The station was messy. The food was poorly executed and the burrito bowl I had lacked the type of cohesive flavors I was expecting. It was so disappointing overall that I will not be going back.

Workers don’t give a damn , why am I waiting for 10 plus mins for me to order when workers are talking when there’s no lines. I don’t get it but when I was walking out the door, all of a sudden they can take my order. Plus it looks like they always out of something when I go there tf. Chipotle is better go there 🙏

In my opinion, it's the worst Qdoba I have ever ordered food from. Every single DoorDash order I get, it's never what I order. Even to the point where I like mild spice, but my food will come so spicy it's uneatable. I decided to stop in today in person, thinking maybe I'll get my food made properly ordering in person. I stood there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff member so I left. Awful service, would not recomnend ordering from this location, especially if you are ordering door dash.
