The best 2nd time ever eating there and I am 39 ate there on my birth. Didn't get no birthday discount or and thing like that. But the food is the awesome. Come eat here for real. Nice people and good food can't beat that. I have some spice lobster legs.

Great service from Julie today at lunch. Lobster was cooked perfectly and shrimp scampi was excellent. Ceasar salads were good. Maybe a tiny bit underdressed. Garlic toast that came with the with mussels is better than Cheddar Bay Biscuits!Mussels seemed a tiny bit outdated. Broth was good but some of them were like old rubber bands. Some were okay. Maybe that's not something I'll order in the future in the Midwest where mussels don't move very fast at times.
Service and food was excellent, highly recommend Lacrosse Red lobster! We had Lobster tail and Steak cooked to perfection , everytime I go there I'm always pleased with the visit !

30 minute wait. Only One dining room open . Only 2 slow servers not able keep up with 12 tables. Place might as well close. I will not go to this restaurant again. Too many good places available.

It was a bit slow. But my son at 2 ate over half his plate of popcorn shrimp cause it was cooked right without the over frying or rubbery taste. He's even eating his left overs today. My stuffed flounder was cooked amazingly as well. I commend the cooking staff this was awesome.

We were told almost an hour wait. We left and went to Texas roadhouse. And the food and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be going back to Texas roadhouse.

Came in and were told we had to wait an hour. I said okay we left to go do something came back 40 minutes later and waited over an hour to be seated just to find out our reservations were canceled ? even though they said it would be an hour wait .Finally got seated and were served 0ur food about 30 minutes later. Our lobster had no taste and tasted old and rubbery. Waitress was bad to checked in once didnt ask how our food was at the end and the man who served our food said nothing I didnt even know he was a employee because he had no tag. Absolutely disappointed do not recommend. Place should be shut down.
