Like the food but please consider changing cheese on chili dogs to shredded. You do not put nacho cheese on hot dogs....But otherwise great service and great food.

It's what you expect from an old American drive in restaurant. The root beer is good, the food is fresh, and the fries are hot. Great service and convenient. Will absolutely stop in again when in town.

Ordered a little over 30 dollars of food, ordered chicken tenders that tasted and looked like they came out of a bag, chili cheese fries that came unassembled and with ingredients that looked and tasted from a can. jalapeno cheese curds that had 0 jalapeno flavor, and quite possibly thw WORST italian beef sandwhich I've ever had in my life. an hour later i am feeling TERRIBLE inside please do not eat here not just for your taste buds but for your stomach. If i could a 0 i would but unfortunately thats not possible. I feel bad for these poor girls on roller skates who go around serving essentially poison at the speed of light.

Classic nostalgia food, can't get better than this then a drive in car hop Old skool burger place. The burgers were great, taste like what a burger should taste like. Onions rings - crispy and delicious. Service good as it gets. Chili dog was good, nothing fancy but chili, cheesy and chopped onions. Pork tenderloin sandwich, taste okay, not much flavor besides a pork ground patty bread and slap on sesame bun with lettuce. Overall everything is great, only drawback for s that is cash or check only- no debit or credit cards. They do have an ATM.

Placed a large order for our workgroup. What a fun place! It was very busy but the order came quickly. I was very impressed by the roller skating car hop. She handled the food and drinks like gravity didn't exist. Everyone loved what they ordered! I really enjoyed the pork tenderloin sandwich. What an awesome restaurant!!!

Food was delicious. Burgers are juicy, hot, and root beer in a glass mug while dining is nice. This small community business employs our young daughters and nieces as carhops, like traditional drive-ins have always done. If you are a local, I recommend here for good food and service, and supporting our young generations into the work force.
A nostalgic must when in La Crosse. It's diner food but better--they have some healthier options to choose from and plenty of sweet treats to keep you full. I came for the famous Trempealeau Walnut burger and also tried the Buffalo burger. The Buffalo burger was lean, meaty and satisfying. They were back to normal functions when I was there on a Friday night--frosty mugs with water and ice, roller-skates and the window food tray. Stop in for a delicious All-American meal. Leave full.

We had a bigger group we sat outside at two picnic tables. Food came out fast and correctly made. Very friendly staff. The food was great. Have the option to sit inside or outside or do the whole drive in experience! The staff does everything on roller skates.Definitely can't wait to go back next summer!Prices are very reasonable!Loved their rootbeer float!!Kid-friendliness: Great selection of food.Can sit outside or inside or have the drive-in experience!Parking: Parking is limited because it is meant to be a drive-in. There is some parking for the tables.
Always a fun, classic place to eat. I love that they've expanded outdoor eating, wish they'd stop being stubborn and just get a credit card system. And maybe add a Chicago dog to the menu! Must have a root beer float and a walnut burger!
