I can’t recommend Schuby’s enough! The staff is consistently welcoming and kind, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is outstanding, whether you’re grabbing a quick sandwich or selecting high-quality meat and cheese from their case. And the option to enjoy a delicious cocktail takes the experience to the next level. Absolutely 10/10!

Super cool spot for indoor and outdoor dinning, cocktails and amazing sandwiches! Also I didn't buy but I did leave a slip hazard on the floor after looking at their dry aged meats.... I had the waygu pastrami and it blew me away!

I have been here several times and every time I have enjoyed the experience. Their butchered products are good, and every sandwich I have had here has been very tasty. The portion size of the sandwich may be a little small but the quality of the ingredients are noticed. This is a place I will come back to on the Future.

Sandwich menu offers something creative and delicious for everyone. Thoughtful staff helped us newbies navigate the specials. Was delighted to find n'duja and guancialli for our use at home. Will put this place on our lunch rotation for sure

I want to like this place so bad. I stop in every few months and have the same thought every time- this place has so much potential. I don't know if they just put a lot more energy into the catering side of the business, but the charcuterie counter and deli could use some attention to detail. The macaroni, tuna, and vegetable side salads in the case had a dry crust on the top from sitting uncovered and unstirred for hours. The mortadella was half unwrapped, dry, and grey. The gal at the counter was new, pleasant, and doing her best. Although the foh staff could use a lesson in cheese cutting. Every time it's like their first time. There's a decent variety of my favorites, so that is usually worth the trip just to grab a fresh wedge of applewood smoked cheddar. The sandwich (ham and gruyere) was good but could be better by using something other than a premade frozen stirato roll. Although I am grateful for the fabbri cherries, banyuls vinegar, and tinned fish, the shelves could have a few more products, and priced. I'm glad to hear there's new management because the last was very stuck up and stuffy. As far as staff, it was great to finally see a gal working and not just a constant sausage party. I'm not much of one to take the time to leave reviews, I've worked in the industry for 20+ years so I give a lot of grace and say maybe it's just an off day, I'll try it again. There's something that keeps me coming back. It's probably the pignoli cookies.

Just picked up an Eggplant Sandwich for my wife and a Wagu Pastrami for myself. The Eggplant Sandwich was extremely salty. My wife had an allergic type reaction to the Sandwich and could not finish it. My Pastrami was also saltier than usual, more than I've had before.
I hope this salty issue gets remedied.

Went for lunch and it was a smash hit! I got the cheese and charcuterie board with an Aperol Sprits cocktail. It was sooo yummy! Highly recommend!

How nice to have a butcher and cute sandwich shop right downtown. Still need to buy some meat from here but we’ve stopped in plenty of times to get sandwiches a drink and this delicious charcuterie board.
Also - nice thing- if you’re doing keto or low carb they’ll take any of the sandwiches and turn it into a salad for you! Really appreciated that.

Stopped in today for the lobster roll, the individual behind the counter was very helpful and kind. Lobster roll was mouth wateringly good. Definitely will be back!

I like this place. Good sandwiches and it's good to hear the professional kitchen commands being used. The service could be a little more outgoing and welcoming, but nothing to complain about specifically.
