Went there this morning ordered one very simple coffee took two sips out of it and threw it away absolutely disgusting and so upsetting was just at Dunkin and my coffee was gross but Starbucks never messes up so thought it would fix my day and unfortunately not. The coffee had absolutely no flavor . Not even a milk flavor like absolutely nothing and there was a chunk of something in there that looks like it was a piece of food or dirt

I came here hoping to find a quiet, comfortable spot to study, but it was the opposite. The place was chaotic with very loud music and not a good study or meeting place. To top it off, a blind literally fell on me. The staff didn’t even ask if I was okay LOL?

This is only my second time going, and both times the ladies who served us were super nice. I got the caramel ribbon crunch frappe. It was really good the only thing that I didn't like was whipped cream. It was really fatty and left that weird sensation on the roof of my mouth. But overall its really good and definitely deserves a 5 star rating!!!

I didn’t get my drink and the one delivered was half filled with not even what I ordered. When complaining to the location, I was hung up on. I paid $15 for NOTHING
I haven't been to a Starbucks in a while, mostly only in a B&N location. This visit was just bad from the start. The person who took the order was just abrupt then when taking payment and was so rude I almost told him "cancel our order" and just leave.My cold brew is one of the worst I have ever had. It seems like they just gave me a nice iced coffee as it is bitter to the point of being undrinkable. The other drink is just as bad but with excessive sugar.

I'm giving 2 stars because of the nice employees, otherwise it would be 1. My drinks differ almost every time I'm there. I get the same exact drink every time and the amount of shots of espresso varies. It's supposed to be 4 shots for the specific drink I get and this morning specifically it looked like maybe 1 shot was in there. The rest was milk. They were kind enough to re-make it for me. I wish they consistently made it the same. Otherwise it's a waste of money to get a cup full of milk for $6.80.

You go to this Starbucks for the employees. After about 3 visits they know your order. After about 10 visits they know your name and your order. It’s the best customer service I ever ever received anywhere. I go out of my way to get coffee from them!

I just came from a doc appt for my newborn baby who's struggling with influenza right now. It's been awful at home to say the least. She's one of 5 who tested positive but she's the one taking it the hardest being less than a month old. I went to get a drink to have some kind of goodness in my day and the lady at the window asked how my day was. I cracked. I get to the window and she said the business was covering my drink and they wrote this beautiful message on my cup.I can't express how much I needed this random act of kindness. To both the ladies who worked Mormon coulee Starbucks 3/20 at 3:00pm-you are amazing human beings who just threw a little light in the dark tunnel I've been in ♡♡ praise you both for going above and beyond.
