My batista was Jackson, I had never visited this Starbucks before and he was super kind and helpful. He got my drink exactly right and was patient and polite. I haven't had my order taste that well in months! Awesome service!

Almost always severely understaffed. It takes 30 minutes to get a drink made here unfortunately, and still nobody seems to be in a rush.

We were recently at the store. My two grand daughters ordered on line. I went to pick up an item in hyvee. When i was done they were still waiting. I noticed that one of the staff left and came back after awhile with 3 cartons of milk. As their orders were still not up one left to use the restroom. Still no order. My oldest granddaughter asked about their order. The staff looked perplexed and said the labels were not printing so they were mixed up. I did note the other staff putting a paper roll into the machine on the counter. We waited.stll no order. I asked this time and staff told me they were doing online. Well, we ordered online. People who came to the counter to place an order were getting their order. Finally we had one drink. Ok where was the other? The staff was plaing stickers to at least 6 glasses and and brought them over. I asked if they made the other drink . One customer told me if I let them alone they could get it done. Well, she had just come in we had waited over a half an hour. Maybe thr girls working need some guidance, to have adequate supplies such as milk, to know when the labeler is mot working that they need paper and to wait on people on a in order basis especially whe customers were in excess of 45 minutes. I feel the one staff was stalling on us after we asked. And we asked very nicely until the 3rd time.
