Ordered 2 dark roast coffees coffee s with cream, one with an added shot of espresso at drive through. When we asked which one had the shot, was told it was on the sticker,which was covered by the cardboard sleeve. While trying to read the sticker the cup bent causing the lid to pop off as it slipped out of my hand resulting in coffee spilling over me and the car. Fortunately? it wasn’t hot. BTW neither cup contained an extra shot. We did pay for one.

oh great another Starbucks that doesn't brew coffee.😠 The food was sub-par the atmosphere was obnoxious with the music up so loud I couldn't hear it over what I was streaming through my headphones. It was dirty. Staff was incompetent, and I ended up leaving just to not hear the hideous music that was inescapable while dining.

Although I often enjoy coming to this location to do my work, it is extremely hard to get anything done when the employees are screeching and yelling random quotes over and over again from movies and TV shows and they have no music playing. All of the customers here with me keep looking over at them to wonder why instead of working they're just yelling, but they literally will not stop. I love it when people have fun at their jobs, but never at the expense of the customers and people who pay to be here. I just wish this location could be a relaxing and inviting place to be, however, it's not. I know this seems silly to be complaining about, but I have never experienced something like this.

If I could give service negative stars I would. The staff is consistently snotty and they act like you are inconveniencing them. I've been there a handful of times, always mobile order, always the same staff snotty and irritated. I have been super nice to them and I tried to go in again and tried to be overly friendly and still the same flat face, snotty service. If you didn't want to work, stay home. I will stick to Mormon coulee.

I was there a few days ago and had a really annoying order (6 waters and some tea) to help my youth group girls win a Halloween contest! Needless to say everyone was so kind, despite it being busy! I ordered a Frappuccino through the drive-through. The ordering experience was OK but when I got up to the window, the lady was completely rude. The look on her face was like she wanted to be somewhere other than there. I get it. I work Service job as well, but you can take it to make it. It was very unpleasant. She had the most nastiest look on her face Made me feel like I was ruining her day. It was completely uncalled for I won’t be returning there because of her it was a blonde girl needs to find another job.
