Ken Koelbl was fantastic!! He answered my questions as a parent early in the process. He was very calm when I was trying to learn a lot and that helped me to be calm. Then when my student started taking over the process, he showed extended patience to them as well. Several other people in the office were so friendly and helpful too. Top Notch team.

It was overall lovely. However, I was there during Fall Break all the food places were closed.
