Ordered a Philly CHEESEsteak for pickup and they forgot to put the cheese on it. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have the time to drive back and have them remake the sandwich. Called them, and they refused the refund. Guess I'm just eating a steak sandwich then.

Disclaimer: I used to work at a subway. I was getting a footlong with avocado on it which is 2 scoops charged once as an avocado footlong. When the lady was putting on the avocado she got one full scoop on and the other way barely half of a scoop. I always get an extra scoop as well. So she then attempted to scrape out more instead of just going to get more from the back. The third scoop was another barely half scoop. When I asked to not be charged the extra 6inch of avocado since 2 of the scoops weren’t full scoops they proceeded to say No cause I got three scoops and when I pointed out the scoops not being full scoops they said “well that’s because we ran out” and held up an empty bucket. I know damn well that there are bags of avocado spread in the back since I used to work at a subway. They could tell I was extremely upset and then tried to play me by saying “ma'am we only charged you twice” thinking I don’t know how the charging process works. You don’t charge twice for a footlong avocado it’s its own button. Then when I left the other lady told my boyfriend “have a FUN day” passive aggressively with a shit look on her face. Now yall can say I’m being dramatic over a little avocado but hey, I want to get what I’m paying for. These women were disrespectful and made an unethical choice when charging me for something I didn’t receive. I hope they are held accountable. Not to mention the dirty greasy handy man going behind the food counter while our food was being made. Just gross.

the lady that was working today (10/19) refused to toast my flatbread. when i told her that i have had it done before she said “that’s not something we do here” then got an attitude when i switched bread because i wanted it toasted.

This place definitely turned around! Drew and Emma were very friendly, conversational and quick to turnaround an order that just got placed. The sandwich was great! Never had a better experience at a Subway before.

Went in today and the sandwich was fine. But what I'm more concerned about is where the hell is management here? There was only one employee taking care of the whole store, and while she was doing the best she could and she had a positive attitude, why is it that all responsibly falls on one employee working? From the sounds of other reviews, it's a common occurrence to be only one employee working. And the employee said she didn't have a time known for when someone else might be coming in. Shame on management, I'm not coming here again to support this location.
I ordered on line and my order was wrong. Like they gave me steak instead of chicken. I didnt find out my order was completely wrong until i got home and when i called I was told a manager would call me in the morning because I couldn't go back there and get my order fixed. No manager called. The sandwiches were so small and barely had any meat or cheese on them and I ordered extra meat! Won't be back to Subway. I don't recommend ordering online from this establishment.

This place should be shut down. Vegetables are half rotten. Cucumbers are mushy and translucent. Pickles aren't green, they're clear. No white bread, or cookies. Lady told person in front of me that Subway has cut back on "Build your own" sandwiches, but it is still advertised all over the store. Bathroom is dirty, as well as the outside of the store. And only one person working during lunch....?

I paid extra for a bowl to be “50% more” and I didn’t even get half the bowl filled. The meat isn’t even cut up, neither is the cheese. Not impressed.

Got 3 6inch subs to have lunch and was out and about eating them when a fly fell out of my sub. Took it back and was nice about it just to let them know and the lady behind the counter tried to just remake the sandwich when I told her I didn’t want it remade and would just like my money back she continued to show attitude and didn’t want to give us a refund we got it but not without the continuous attitude and dirty looks.
