the lady that was working today (10/19) refused to toast my flatbread. when i told her that i have had it done before she said “that’s not something we do here” then got an attitude when i switched bread because i wanted it toasted.

This place definitely turned around! Drew and Emma were very friendly, conversational and quick to turnaround an order that just got placed. The sandwich was great! Never had a better experience at a Subway before.

Went in today and the sandwich was fine. But what I'm more concerned about is where the hell is management here? There was only one employee taking care of the whole store, and while she was doing the best she could and she had a positive attitude, why is it that all responsibly falls on one employee working? From the sounds of other reviews, it's a common occurrence to be only one employee working. And the employee said she didn't have a time known for when someone else might be coming in. Shame on management, I'm not coming here again to support this location.

I ordered on line and my order was wrong. Like they gave me steak instead of chicken. I didnt find out my order was completely wrong until i got home and when i called I was told a manager would call me in the morning because I couldn't go back there and get my order fixed. No manager called. The sandwiches were so small and barely had any meat or cheese on them and I ordered extra meat! Won't be back to Subway. I don't recommend ordering online from this establishment.

This place should be shut down. Vegetables are half rotten. Cucumbers are mushy and translucent. Pickles aren't green, they're clear. No white bread, or cookies. Lady told person in front of me that Subway has cut back on "Build your own" sandwiches, but it is still advertised all over the store. Bathroom is dirty, as well as the outside of the store. And only one person working during lunch....?

I paid extra for a bowl to be “50% more” and I didn’t even get half the bowl filled. The meat isn’t even cut up, neither is the cheese. Not impressed.

Got 3 6inch subs to have lunch and was out and about eating them when a fly fell out of my sub. Took it back and was nice about it just to let them know and the lady behind the counter tried to just remake the sandwich when I told her I didn’t want it remade and would just like my money back she continued to show attitude and didn’t want to give us a refund we got it but not without the continuous attitude and dirty looks.

Every time I order from this subway it’s all sloppy and not wrapped properly. I used to work at subway and this is not what I expected.

My mom and I went in today, with the intention of buying subs for our family. I had to use the restroom and saw the sign. We had to retrieve a key from the employee. My mom kindly asked for the key and the man insulted us and told us not to do drugs. At first we thought he was joking and brushed it off. Keep in mind, we are petite asian women, decently dressed and were very polite. There was no reason to be assumed of such a thing! But then he said it to us again! My mom is very generous and let it go; she was still going to purchase some sandwiches. So she was simply looking at the menu, and the man said, "STOP staring at me." All while I was trying to unlock the bathroom. I turned around and walked over to my mom. We were both in shock and didn't know what to say. I wish I would have spoken up for her. We decided to just give back the key but he said, "I'm not touching those," in a very disrespectful way. We decided to leave. I was unable to use the restroom and we did not get the sandwiches. Honestly, I am grateful we did not. Super disappointed and appalled by this worker's customer service. I am not sure if he was having a horrible day or what the circumstances were, but my mom and I definitely did not deserve to be treated like that. He should NOT be working in this industry. I witnessed tears in my moms eyes while walking out. She is such a sweetheart and NEVER deserves to be disrespected. She has experienced plenty of racism before and it has been awhile since she has been talked to in this manner. I am sorry if this man has issues but he should not be taking it out on innocent people. This is not the job for him.
