The girl, Karissa, who took our order was very rude and slow. She made it seem like doing her job was a chore and the worst thing ever. Our food took 45 minutes and she did not follow up, she left us for another employee to deal with.

There was a small blotch of mold in my ham which set me off to write this review in the first place but also the main lady who is always there with the crooked teeth is extremely rude and rolls her eyes when anyone walks in to that subway acts very annoyed to do her job. When I came here before and got the sub of the day, she charged the regular price for the sandwich because the cheese was different than what was on the featured sub but asked me what kind of cheese I wanted on it in the beginning without telling me it won’t qualify as the sub of the day if you change the cheese.

Please fix your drive though speaker. Can barely hear or understand. Sound is awful and please get regular cheddar slices instead of the sprinkled cheese.

Lady wrapped my footling flatbread like a burrito? Put it in the bag and I came up and looked in the bag and it was significantly shorter than my boyfriend’s footlong. Confused I said that I had gotten a footlong flatbread. She looked at the receipt and told me that’s just how the wrap comes. I said I didn’t get a wrap. She then stated well it’s got the same amount of ingredients. Soooo was it correct or not? Not that it matters too much but if you are going to advertise a footlong at least try to make it look a little longer lol. Basically I got a 6” with double bread. Also no hello when I walked in and stood there for 15 minutes for my pickup..

Whoever the lady was in the drive thru on 08/20 at 11:30am was terrible. She talks to you like you are stupid. One example is I asked what cookies they had right now bc I know they change and she replied “all of them” sarcastically. Her whole attitude was just sarcastic and rude the whole time. I was about to leave and go somewhere else but bit my tongue and said thank you and left. She needs to learn how to talk to people.
