Bread was hard and I ordered a toasted sub but got it cold my husband's chicken in his chicken sub was also really cold. Don't think I'll order from this one again

Guy behind the counter took my order rang app my order but did not make my order correctly.
Seem like he was rushing got a salad wanted a chopped he did not chop anything.
Guy seemed like he was on something or sick. Wont be back

Every time I use the app to order there are issues. Today I placed an order online for pickup. The one sub that I order for my granddaughter is always toasted. The girl working in there to shoved the sandwich back at me and held up a printout saying it’s not toasted. Another girl actually stepped in and made a new sandwich, toasted. The rudeness was uncalled for. No wonder the reviews are so low for this location

Is a sub shop you go for ease, and every once in a while you just want to sub sandwich. I do notice that the last few times we've been at Subway their bread does not seem to be as fresh as it used to have

Favorite Person

Went in there for a sub for dinner. The guy with long hair in a ponytail through a fit come sighing. Threw the bread down on the paper. Had a bad attitude like he didn’t want to be at work . The line was messy. Not good customer service! Not only that but I asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 raspberry I didn’t get them at all it only said 2 on the receipt. The manager Everlee didn’t seem to care and said just come back in and didn’t make it right she was arguing with me so I argued back. They need better service!

Place was starting to be great under new store management, I don't know if the woman quit or was transferred, but her absence is definitely noticeable. It seems like every time I'm in there someone new is working, and I'm in there a lot.

SAVE YOUR RECEIPT! There is a girl here who rings me up incorrectly every. single. time. I understand mistakes happen but every time I see her I consider walking out and driving further to another subway because I don’t understand how she charges me more than my order is every time. And will insist it’s correct. It rarely is. She is not friendly and gives rude vibes :/ There are a couple other workers in there who are really nice. When the food is made correctly, it’s great! It’s just a matter of getting the correct order and being charged for the correct amount.

Worker on break was riding a skate board back and forth across the dinning area. Workers making sandwiches were speaking in a very loud voice to the one riding the skateboard. it was just odd,and unprofessional. It kinda made me uncomfortable.
