Our server Julian was so nice, chill and accommodating. The food came out so quickly. It was just what we needed after a long day of xmas shopping. The runner/server assistant was on POINT! I didn't catch her name but promote that girl! Salmon was fantastic which was not on my bingo card while eating at a steak joint!

Came at 1:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday, so the place was almost full. Actually, I was delighted to be able to walk right in and be seated. The service was good and quick. Our waitress was helpful and attentive. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye with green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. The steak was done to my order and as always, delicious. My wife ordered the chicken and enjoyed it immensely . One thing I love about Texas Roadhouse is that no matter where you go, you're going to get the same service, flavor and atmosphere. We have even gone to one in digu South Korea and found it to be a little slice of Texas. The only Korean accommodation was a little bit of kimchi available. It was fun to watch all of the Korean waiters and waitresses assemble and do a line dance.
Yesterday was Veterans Day. Once again Texas Road House distributed free dinner vouchers to every veteran who came. What an amazing group of people who show their kindness in their actions!! Thank you Onalaska Texas Road House! You always go the extra mile!

Down sides
-our kids weren’t allowed to have any cherries with their kiddy cocktails because they only had ‘bar cherries’ left (the restaurant was out of them and the bar tender wasn’t letting servers put them in drinks for other patrons). The only way we could get them is to order a bar drink (aka pay $8 for cherries)
-our food took about 30 min to come out
-our kids found a box of random stuff under their feet (box included a light bulb, a food scales, some pieces of metal, etc)
-when we told the managing partner the cherry issue he said he would ‘talk to the bartender’
