Not going to lie I always stayed away from here mainly because of the amount of people that always seem to be there. I know it should be the other way around but...
Went twice in the last 5 weeks and neither time disappointed. The food was great (I had pulled pork dinner, steak fries and mac and cheese 👍🏻👍🏻another person had the sirloin with mushrooms, mashed potato and side salad) Both meals were cooked well and portions were more than plenty! Would recommend!

was good. but was charged about 10.00 extra in side topping that were not explained. If it costs extra to get onions on steak, or marshmallows on sweet potatoes....they should tell you..and when paying 20 percent tip is the default setting

Steak was cold, and was not seasoned like I'm use to there. Way to loud, was not the best experience. Plus salad was smaller and potatoes too.

The food is great.
The servers are great.
The place is way too loud
Always crowded.
Always a wait.

I'm very pleased to see that they've taken steps to reduce the obnoxious amount the peanut shells all over the restaurant.

Parking: The parking lot is extremely difficult to get in and out of because of the way it's built. I believe this is the most cramped and crowded Texas Roadhouse that I have ever been to.

Kid-friendliness: Texas Roadhouse is more of a bar atmosphere than a restaurant atmosphere. It's not really the best place to bring kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible but due to the tight quarters I feel a person in a wheelchair would have a difficult time navigating the environment.

It was a little crowded, but the service was good. Disappointed with the ribs, they were burnt. In town, and usually this is our spot but may have to rethink it for next time

Food and service was good but a bit loud. Hanging acoustic tiles from the ceiling will make a significant difference. Other than that an enjoyable experience.

Very disappointed and disgusted Ordered bbq chicken and steak for dinner. Took a bite of my steak and pulled out a lump of hair I about threw up how disgusting. When I pulled the lump of hair out of my mouth the rest of the table about lost it also. The Waitress walked by as I was pulling it out of my mouth I'm like excuse me why is there hair in my food. She just said sorry would you like me to bring you something else . At this point I have lost my appetite. She went and got a gentleman men he just said again we can bring you something different or take it off your bill . I did not order anything else . I think they should of did a little more than just take it off my bill . They could of compensated for my time spent waiting for food I couldn't eat. Waitress was terrible never asked us if we needed anything or if we needed refills. Forget the dipping sauce for the ones who ordered the chicken fritters which was asked for twice . Texas Road House you should of done better !

Buns are always amazing! Food came fast!
It was super busy and cold outside! I understand updating to accommodate to go orders but they removed all indoor waiting so you can sit outside and freeze in the only wait area or take your beeper and sit in your car. Really think that layout could have been thought out differently. It is now even more cramped in the walk in by the hostess stand and ppl line up along the booths which is awkward when you are trying to have a relaxing dinner.

Went with a group of 6. Apps came out quick, but only 5 entries. Server said the other would be right out, 15 minutes later, the manager comes over to let us know the 6th entrie was going on right now. Seeing everyone else was finishing their dinner, I told them it should have gone on 15 minutes ago and to nevermind.

Steak was plated to our table cold . I returned it and they refried the same steak which came back over cooked and dry . Management came to see how we were doing at this point wife was already half done management did absolutely nothing to remedy over cooked and dry ribeyes.

Couldn’t stand the loud music. Should be at a decent volume not on max. Food is still great as well as the servers.

Ordered a 8oz. Dallas filet. I ended up with a dried up sirloin steak. Got charged $24.99, the price of the 8oz. Filet.
Then when we were paying the check we gave the waitress 2 gift cards. One was a $25, the other was a partial $100 card that had $30.91 left on it. The waitress brought the receipt back to us. It said we still owed $38.00.
I called her back over and she said she scanned both gift cards.
There was only the $25 card listed on the receipt. I continued to tell her that the $30.91 gift card wasn't scanned. She insisted it was. I didn't want to argue anymore so we left.
Overcharged and the wrong steak. My boyfriend said his was good.
I doubt I will ever be back again.
