Drove an hour to try this place out and wow! The food was excellent, the service was fabulous and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Salad bar was great as well. Just a great place and we will go back very soon!

Great food and service. Love the salad bar and soup. Great place in St Joseph's Ridge, Wi. Fish was good, but they have taken fried chicken off the menu was which is a disappointment. They need chicken again.
IF in the La Crosse area this is hands down the best steak place. This was recommended by my cousin who had last been there 20 years ago. Have eaten at others like the Freighthouse etc. The steaks here are high quality and cooked correctly. Not a fancy place and the tables are on top of each other but worth it if you like a great steak. Good soup and salad bar were included and were great. They have a nice bar for drinks before or after dinner and the staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. Whats not to like. Will be back when Im in the area.

the food was excellent and the salad bar was great and the waitstaff was working very hard to keep up. great place.
Stopped for the first time, had the fish sandwich and the patty melt with the Ridge fries. One of the best fish sandwiches that I've ever had! Fries were a little overdone but tasty. Bar crowd was local and friendly, bartender great and the service was friendly and efficient. Definitely would stop again. Comfortably busy for a Tuesday nightI would post pictures if I could.

The first time here is my wife's steak, a ribeye, was cooked one end rare and other end well Dane middle was medium rare. They did cook another one medium rare correctly, but it's was so tough. The vegetables was over cooked like mushy. I ordered the 7 PC coconut shrimp, which overcooked, lacking the flavor, probably due to being overcooked. The salad bar was cold and good. The place did reduce the bill, which was nice

I had the toughest steak I've ever had. Didn't eat. They brought me a second steak it was just as bad. Veggies were mushy probably from frozen. Won't be back.

Tuesday night at The Ridge supper club in lacrosse is Burger night! Add the salad bar for a very satisfying meal. Best burger in a long time!

We called ahead, and when we arrived, we were told 20 minutes. We waited at least 45 minutes, if not an hour. When we were ordering, they were out of prime rib and a lot of other stuff, so most of us settled for other than what we wanted. I had fish dinner, cod was ok, but the food took 40 to 45 minutes to arrive. Salad bar was ok. They were low on both soupsFor the price we paid, the food should have been excellent, I can go to any restaurant and get the same fair for much cheaper and we would be seated more promptly (considering we had a reservation) and maybe gotten the prime before it sold out. Will I try them again, no I don't think I would, while staff was good, it doesn't make up for the poor management in planning. Jm2c
