Have visited twice, lunch and breakfast. They have a please wait to be seated sign that is never manned. If you wait there you will die of hunger. Walked in and eventually the manager came to seat us. Server came to table and asked if we wanted anything to drink. Yes coffee and water. She came with a pot of coffee for the table and left. No water, no coffee cups. Had to get up and flag down the manager for both. After receiving our orders, which by the way were mediocre at best. The manager decided to rearrange the tables for no apparent reason. Drag squeek, drag squeek during our entire meal. That doesn't include the running inane conversation between the manager and the person sweeping the floor. I think the manager's time would have been better spent clearing the miriad of tables. The restaurant has really gone down hill since changing to Choice Hotels.

We had such a lovely experience here for a family reunion of about 22 people that the restaurant gladly accommodated. Thankfully they accepted reservations, it can be a struggle with such a large group. We had a personalized menu of items with the nice touch of our event title; an above and beyond gesture provided by the restaurant. Troy was excellent, he assisted in coordinating and answering questions before the event and checked on us throughout the night the day of our dinner. We also spoke with Jeremy prior to the event and he was helpful too. Every staff interaction was always kind and professional. The venue was a beautiful, relaxing and classy atmosphere. Mac and Cheese and Margs were some of our favorites. Very impressed by the whole experience!

The Most beautiful scenery can be enjoyed while eating. The Mississippi River is in front of you! Do Not miss it! A beautiful park is across the street to walk. Dog friendly!

Inattentive young careless waiters - classic example of how service in America has gone down the drain

We were treated so wonderful during our stay ,we spend a lot of time on the road for car shows and worry what kind of service we will receive not this weekend. Trish your morning gal is the epitome of what customer service is supposed to be she remembered all of us and treated us like longtime friends truly

Very relaxing, everyone so friendly and food was fabulous! We stayed at The Radisson to see the Rotary Lights. After, we went back, freshened up and went downstairs for dinner, very convenient. We asked to be by the windows with a view the lights while we ate but no seats were available and our table was set at a different location, waiting for us to finish our drinks. The gentleman that seated us, moved our table to a window seat that had just opened up without even asking before we went in. We were very impressed that he did this and it made our meal that much more enjoyable. The food was fantastic and would highly recommend. This is our 4th year going there for the lights and we would do it any other way! Enjoy!!!
