I found Cowboy David’s at the Wed Plan event in Madison in January. They brought samples of the ginger carrot cake cupcakes which were delicious! I had another baker lined up but needed a backup quote in case a few things fell through. My wedding is in May and they were quick to return my call and gave me a couple of “what-if” rough estimates. Absolutely amazing to work with! Able to accommodate dairy and gluten free, plus they taste absolutely amazing!!!! Some of our guests said they would never have known without the tags showing DF/GF on everything. The hardest part is narrowing down your flavors, everything is so great!
Absolutely amazing!! We got SO many compliments on our wedding cake!! Cowboy David was so easy to work with, their communication was outstanding, and the cake was phenomenal!
