I was craving a savory breakfast bite and ended up here after seeing that Grampa Tony’s across the street was closed. Tried the bacon and caramelized onion scone and it was so good! Definitely recommend making this place a priority during your stay.

We ended up stumbling across this place after having a poor experience at Mission Hill Coffee House, just a couple door down. Our faith was restored—the woman at the counter was very kind and easygoing. We ordered scones, and they were tasted delightful. If you’re in the area, this is the place I would recommend for a little coffee and baked goods.

Best cold brew in town- but the real gem are the pastries. We sampled just about all of them during our stay, with our favorites being the almond raspberry danish, chocolate croissant, and the goat cheese and honey scone. Everything was still warm when we ordered and devoured. Friendly owners and easy walk from anywhere in town. Must do on the island

The cafe isn't open or doesn't exist. There is a walk up window to order the bakery items and another window displaying what you can order.

The baked items were delicious and the woman that makes them was very gracious!

Just had the blueberry lemon danish cup and some iced cold brew coffee. SO GOOD. Looking forward to trying some of the scones and Gluten Free items!

The BEST and I mean BEST dessert on Madeline Island. I went there twice both times I've been up there. The desserts are just sooo amazing and at a good price. Would definitely recommend!

Tasty baked goods and sometimes she has delicious grab-and-go salads!

Very good bakery and some of the best scones I have had.

Hours were okay on the weekend. You have to walk up and order through a window. Pastries were very good. Staff not really excited to provide service and acted as if my presence was interfering with something more important.

Q & Z's Bakery has the best (and prettiest!) pastries and sweet treats on Madeline Island! Their savory scones are a must, too! They also offer hot coffee and cold beverages beverages to go with their handmade, freshly baked goodies. Enjoy!
