Found the restaurant waitresses in the evening, to be inexperienced, rude, and very uninterested in your service. When we complained to the person at the register, we were told “ she’s doing the best she can !” No apology or concern from her either. Simple directions were not followed, for separate checks, and a senior discount either. If it happened once would just shake it off, but it was twice for my friend and I with rudeness. They lost two customers for sure.
When someone orders sourdough to get them sour dough, some people can't have normal bread, then teach your waitresses how to tell the difference between normal flat rectangular bread and circular tall sourdough bread. Customers know what they need. Then teach your cooks how to cook fries all the way and how to cook garlic bread. My younger siblings ate half cooked fries and half cooked garlic bread. service was the worst I've ever seen. the waitress was a loud obnoxious, 100 percent disrespectful to the customers, with insulting comments the entire time we tried to eat our meal. Actually had to get up and leave it was so bad.
