We have been waiting in the drive thru for 30 MINUTES!!!! Staff seems clueless how to put an order together. Absolutely unacceptable

Waited in drive thru for 12 mins at the menu. There was no one in the drive thru ahead of me and there were 4 other people behind me waiting as well. Do better!

The food at this Burger King is often fresh and hot! However, there are a few things I need to complain about. Before I get started, some advice to anyone reading this review: Do not come to this Burger King if you are on a tight schedule or even have an hour until your work period; make sure you have nothing else going on that day before coming there. Whenever there’s a line, it takes 5+ minutes per car, and usually, it would take 20 minutes or more just for a line of 6 cars. This is supposed to be fast food, not waiting in your car for half an hour. While I do appreciate the efforts the staff makes, they must obviously be short staffed. For somewhere like Chick-Fil-A, I would understand the long wait a little more, but for a place like Burger King, it feels kind of ridiculous. As for the service, it varies depending on who’s there. Last time I went, I waited almost half an hour for my food and drink. Once I finally got it, they got the drink order wrong. I ordered a large cup of water and they gave me a large cup of coke. I give the service three stars because of how it various. I give the food 5 stars because it’s very good, but considering this is a fast food place, I would give the wait 1 star. I understand being short staffed and all, but again, it often takes 5+ minutes per car.

The cashier swore at me and said have fun sitting at your dirty table. Unacceptable behavior, especially in front of kids. She did this multiple times with new customers who walked in. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a fast food restaurant.

Thus was by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. We stop for a quit breakfast before hitting the Waterpark on our vacation. Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE! Gave us the wrong food. Then told me i order wrong. I will be contacting the corporate office and giving them my complaint as well. The food was so bad when I finally did get my right order. Everything was burnt they told me that's the way it was and that's what they had and that's what I was going to have to deal with. Would not give me my money back and I left the food there.

Just tried going through the drive thru. Did not hear the person ask us to hold and then got yelled at for trying to place an order. We advised we didn't hear her. She then told us to get out of her drive thru if we're going to have attitude.... Nice way to treat your customers. Going elsewhere

Horrible drive through, we waited ten minutes for the car in front of us to move. When we actually got to the window, our food was not ready. They didn't even have my soda filled yet. The lady seemed unapologetic, and gave me the bag like I was going to yell at her. It took another five minutes for them to give us our food. And there we're at least 3 cars behind us as well. Will never be going here again.
