Came down to pick it up but decided to eat it inside
Was refused service … was told either pick it up or leave
Btw … 1/2 of tables empty
Went to McDonald’s … and food went to trash
Good job Mr manager

Nasty food

Brisket is the best there could be. Same with coleslaw and corn muffins- everything else so so. Our waiter was not great.

I will never stop by this place agian. We were told we could have a table before 9 pm and were seated. The soup was watery not season with no bacon in sight. The brisket was completely burnt and not edible.

The, I believe closing front desk manager was rude as ever! We got there about 15 minutes before they closed to ask if we could even get take out, and never had been there before, just wanted her help and she was looking at me like I wasn't asking her if she could just helpe order SOMETHING for me, my grand daughter and hubby, quickly. Didn't realize everything closes down (even when the hours say till 10, BETTER get there by 8, if you want to be able to get some food, I'm speaking of famous Dave's and Buffalo Phil's in particular) in the Dells! Which is just crazy that they even do!
Irregardless, of how rude the Hispanic girl was, I still gave the 2 girl's up front a tip! I appreciate that we even were able to get taken out!

Expectations for a chain in a vacation area were low, but the food was excellent. Even the kids want to come back.

The server took about 15 min to get our drinks 30 mins for the food only check on us once after receiving our food my daughter food was cold, the server was informed was very apologetic but made no effort accommodate the issue, it was hot upstairs and the ice cold Dr Pepper saved me from passing out. 😭 For over a $100 bucks I left hot and disappointed!

We usually love this place. This visit was horrible. Group of 5, they brought out 2 people's dinner, then 10 minutes later brought out 2 more. Finally had to ask for manager since 5th person didn't have their meal. And they didn't even comp the meal, just offered hom a beer. Took another 30minutes to get check and change.

Service was excellent. However, 15 minutes after eating, I was extremely sick. Spouse had chicken and was fine. Something was definitely wrong with the Brisket.
