Luke warm pizza sets in back until the kids eat nearly everything on the buffet. $15 and nothing is hot save your family some money and order what you want elsewhere this place is crap.

We were very disappointed in the selection of pizzas they had maybe 6 pizzas to choose from mostly being pepperoni selections. The chicken was the best part they only had condiment cups for the soft serve ice cream and plastic spoons.

Just an average Pizza Ranch. Pizza was cold at peak dinner time. Chicken was empty, and the ice cream machine broke down. Staff was great, but left hungry and disappointed! $18 for an adult dinner is also a little crazy.

Just to preface the review we got to the buffet at 8:05 and they had a sign saying they closed at 9 despite Google saying it closed at 10. So the selection was limited but we understood why. The pizza that was out was pretty tasty and we did not feel rushed to leave but definitely made sure to wrap it up by 8:50.

Extremely reasonable price, clean, friendly and attentive staffs. Salad bar was great with salad dressIng on the side. Enjoyed the mixed greens with fresh strawberries and sliced walnuts. Cottage cheese. Best flavorful crispy fried chicken, saucy buffalo wings was a little mushy And too spicy for me. Sweet bbq wing was good. Hubby and little one enjoyed their pizza. It was busy with a lot big groups.there was a line waiting for the pizza. Overall we enjoyed our dinner.

First the good: - variety of pizza to choose from, plus chicken and a salad bar (just like every other Pizza Ranch we've visited). - ability to custom order a pizza the way you like it at no extra charge (I got a skillet crust, Alfredo sauce, with pineapple, onion, green pepper, pepperoni, and sweet chili sauce drizzle 😋) - pleasant service - clean restrooms - ample parking - military discount for service members ❤️ - cheaper than the other competitor pizza buffet place in town (we started there before coming here)
Neutral feedback: - English wasn't the primary language with any of the employees I engaged with, so I had to gently explain what a biscuit was multiple times before learning they didn't have any today. No biggie but it was funny trying to describe that 😊
Constructive feedback: - Pop is not included in the buffet at this location (though it is at all of the other locations we've visited throughout MN) - it must be owner discretion. It was something like $2.75 per person extra...(that adds up!) so no root beer floats for us this time 🙃 - Ice cream maker was broken (but in fairness, a repair guy showed up as we were leaving and said he would have it fixed in a couple of hours) - oh yeah, no biscuits! 😁

I feel they should have made the place bigger for people to move around people are bumping into you and you just don't realize how rude the world is now without even saying excuse me come on Wisconsin we can do better than this.

Food was decent for it being a busy Wednesday night however the service was not amazing. We had gotten there an hour and a half before the restaurant closed and had originally tried to sit in the back room and was told that they were closing the area even though it was an hour and a half before they closed, there were other people sitting in there, and it was busy in the dining room. So we had moved to the dining room and combined two tables (because we saw other tables combined) and once again was informed we could not do that. They then said we could sit in that dining room they were closing but said we had to “limit getting crumbs on the floor and keep our table as clean as possible” overall, just didn’t feel like we were treated great and hesitant to return to this location.
