This one is closer to my work although I go to the other one a lot more. Today, I stopped at this one before work. And ended up just keeping this drink in my car until I got off and was able to go to the other store. Im going to share photos of both the same drinks, made the same way, on the same day. Photos speaks for themselves. Everyone here is always nice so thats not the issue. You can tell the baristas at the other store love their job. Carmel is the best part 👌 isn't that why we can choose to line the cup too?

Order #18900 — waited over 40 minutes for three drinks. We received the first two right away, but the last drink took 43 minutes to arrive. By then, the first two drinks were watered down because of the long wait. We weren’t even offered a remake for the first two drinks.
This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced in terms of service. Completely unacceptable.

I had a $3 drink coupon on my Starbucks app. I ordered through the drive thru but when I went to pay the barista said the coupon wasn't working. He said I would have to pay full price but that I could contact support and tell them what happened and they should refund me. At that point they had already made my drink otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it at all, especially at 2x the price I should have. He gave me a receipt for my $8.27 drink when I called support they said they were not seeing the coupon on my account. When I stated the barista saw it and even looked at it on my phone and that it was still showing they told me to call the store. When I called the store they told me I would have to come back in for a refund but that they were closing early for Christmas Eve so I wasn't even able to turn around and drive back for my refund

It's Starbucks I allways feel kinda in a wrong place there I rarely get coffee from there it's too pricey for me and way to many choices u need a college degree in coffee to order.. I pickup alot door dashes from there that's about it... People are mostly allways friendly and busy sometimes it takes time to get help..

Shitty service. The had a trainee on the register during rush. We were there for more than a half hour from entering to walking out without our paid order. I wish I could atest to this being an Isolated occurrence, but this experience is repeated at many Starbucks I now rarely visit. Counter service is the lowest priority at many stores. You walk in and get Ignored because they are filling online or drivethru. Orders.
