Bad Service. I was there with a friend drinking one coffe and at 5:28 the employee started to said that they close at 5:30 and he was so mad and he opened the door in a bad way and he started to scream saying that we have to leave. I can’t believe that the people can work like that. I understand that they closed at :5:30 but why scream? Is not necessary!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I've had to date. I am a disabled veteran and placed an online order as usual. I was informed at the drive thru window that they now require a 10 minute wait before approaching the drive thru for mobile orders or I have to come inside. NOWHERE in the starbucks app is this stated. Also, there were exactly ZERO people in the drive thru. Maybe inform the customer for this round but don't make them hobble their disabled self inside like a complete tool. If I had ordered it at the drive thru window instead of the mobile app I wouldn't have had to wait or limp inside. Instead, you have decided to punish those of us who use the order ahead feature. I will no longer be visiting Starbucks and supporting such an unfriendly business. I should also note that the drive thru still had not received a single customer by the time I hobbled in, grabbed my drinks and left. I would've left without my drinks but I had already paid money in the app and there is no option to cancel.

Lady at the drive thru seemed annoyed. Didn’t even say anything not even a hello or bye, just handed the card reader out the window and handed me my stuff.

I reported garbage outside the establishment on my review here, and they took it seriously. The cleaned the outside and inside and you can smell cleaning supplies. It is night and day from before, they definitely took what I said to heart.

If you like your milk boiled, burned, and 212 degrees, this is the place for you.
I'm not sure what the typical Starbucks practice is, but they seem to stick the brothers in the milk and simply walk away. Come back three minutes later and just dump the boiling milk in the cup.
It's honestly the worst coffee I've ever had.
Service is nice. Atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately the coffee is the main thing... And it's awful. I hope a manager or owner takes this to heart and makes a subtle yet important change.

They did not pay attention to my mobile order. I asked for extra caramel drizzle, extra caramel crunch & light whipped topping. I got no extra anything, and I'm pretty sure it was not light whip.
