This Starbucks is a busy Starbucks. They make very good drinks and have great service, but we had to wait 5 minutes in line to order…. and then 30 more minutes from the time we ordered until we received our two coffees. It was a packed Starbucks with not much roof to maneuver or walk anywhere. The baristas were working so hard but they could not keep with the number of orders.

You can’t sip espresso into large cup . It’s not Coca-Cola or ice tea , it’s espresso, it goes into small cup , the smallest one .
To put espresso in large cup - how stupid you must be to do that ? Do you know anything about coffee? This is coffee shop right ? What is next , you ll put espresso in Coca-Cola bottles?
I left my drink on counter, didn’t take it . You should know at least basic knowledge about espresso, you aren’t working in brick factory, you work in coffee shop .

The young blond employee, I think her name is Sykora. Very condescending and rude. I had questions regarding the app and points and she could not be bothered. I never write reviews, but her attitude left for a very unsavory experience. Every other location (I go to Starbucks a lot) I have been to are very kind, patient, and flexible. Not her though. Hopefully her mood tempers out!

Bad Service. I was there with a friend drinking one coffe and at 5:28 the employee started to said that they close at 5:30 and he was so mad and he opened the door in a bad way and he started to scream saying that we have to leave. I can’t believe that the people can work like that. I understand that they closed at :5:30 but why scream? Is not necessary!
