I never knew this place had such terrible employees. On New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2024, I paid $50 to enter. At the entrance, I handed my coat to the employee to store it in the cloakroom. Since it was New Year’s Eve, I drank a bit too much and forgot to retrieve my coat when I left. The next morning, I returned to get my coat and noticed that my belongings had been stolen from the pockets. I spoke with a female manager, who took my name and phone number and promised to speak with the managers on duty on the 31st and send me a message.
Four days have passed, and I haven’t received any response. Today, January 5, I went back to the venue, sat down, and ordered a drink. While I was sipping my drink, the same female manager approached me and told me I was banned from the venue and needed to leave immediately.
I have never witnessed such theft and disrespect in any other establishment before!

I came here with a group of friends for a night out, but our experience was incredibly disappointing and unsettling. After we paid and entered, a man pretending to be security asked for our driver’s licenses. Something felt off, but one of the girls in our group handed hers over, and he had access to her personal information, including her address.
We became suspicious and went to the bartender to ask if he was staff. The bartender confirmed he wasn’t. Instead of removing him, the staff only gave him a warning, which was shocking and concerning. Later, this same man approached our table, trying to intimidate us and blaming us for him “almost getting kicked out.”
This behavior, coupled with management’s failure to remove someone impersonating security, made us feel unsafe and unwelcome. I cannot recommend this place, and we definitely won’t be returning.

Not my crowd didn't even make it in. It said on the internet it was a hip hop club but there were playing head banging music 🎶. Which is fine just not the time I was trying to have.

Second visit. Slightly better than the first. But meh.
The place is OK for a club in Wisconsin Dells. The decor is from the early 00's when the place was called Marley's (and over by Noah's Ark). The same tired palm trees. The drinks have so much ice in them that you can't even get tipsy there. The staff is a bunch of young kids who don't know anything about mixed drinks unless they go online.
