I love this place and want it to work They were understaffed so I felt bad for our waitress. Food has gone down hill in the last 2 years. We really want this to be a go to but struggling. We go to Sopra however would like a closer option but the food is not great and took way too long. Appetizer was great

Thanksgiving Buffet at Crafted was outstanding. Many food choices with all being delicious. Appreciated the child focus on food as well. Desserts also amazing. Our Thanksgiving was very relaxing enjoying our family with just right atmosphere. Lovely holiday and we hope to make this our tradition for years to come.

Although I've had favorable dining experiences at this restaurant, this particular visit was abominable. There were only a few tables of diners but we waited 45 minutes for calamari and an hour and 45 minutes for our entrees. Spoke with the manager who informed us they were short staffed and had only half the kitchen operable. Things happen but why not inform us of the situation before we sat down to eat?There were certainly other places we could have gone. One bright spot was our waitress Marina. She was great and trying her very best to make the most of a trying situation.

I don't think that it was relayed to the restaurant that it was a special occasion because no one acknowledged that we noted that when we made the reservation. The food was great and the portions quite ample. The saur note was that we were blindsided with a 12.00 charge for non tap water, the seater had said that there was not a charge for the water. But the meal was delicious and we will return.

Waitress knew nothing about the wines and had to go ask the bartender. Food was one click up from mediocre. Ambiance was lovely, esp if you get a window table.

The staff here are incredibly warm and fast. The wife and I enjoyed the carb linguine and the national pizza. Would definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to friends

Salmon and branzino were very good. We split a Caesar salad that was great love the white anchovies on top and fried cheese and crisp croutons. Wine pours where a little small for price . But overall love the space and looking out to lake como is so nice.

Great atmosphere! The homemade bread was delicious, and we loved the surprise birthday cake for our 97-year-old guest. A little soft Italian music would have made it perfect, but overall a wonderful experience.
Very nice experience at Crafted Italia last night, would definitely recommend. Atmosphere and food were both so good. Our server was outstanding. Recommend the spritz flight!
