Scoops is the best in the entire lake Geneva and United States the people that works there goes out of the way is there is a 100 rate I give 1000 best ice cream and staff ever!!! I have been coming to Scoops since I was 10 years old! A little trip to get a scoop of delicious Italian Ice (that has a perfect texture if i might add) has been a family tradition for years. My 5 kids and I have always been served with the utmost respect, generosity, and love. Although most of the staff is what some refer to as “Gen-Zers”, they always serve up the ice cream with a smile. The managers really know how to run that place!

First time here today with my family. It was a nice experience and great ice cream. My husband had an iced coffee and everyone enjoyed what they had. I had a scoop of Fat Elvis! It was delicious!!!! So many cool flavors. You won't be disappointed. We couldn't enter to order which I thought was odd but maybe because it's so busy. There are only a few tables to sit down at. Those were all taken.
