Five times in a row and they still can’t get it together. Worst experience ever especially entertaining, friends, and family. The manager intimidated, our tables so much my daughter of six years old climbed under the table. That should tell you something.

Like others, we are staying at timber ridge and opted for convenience of ordering from Smokey's instead of leaving. I was super impressed with the hostess who was taking my order. She was very attentive and accommodating. I had asked what type of fruit was in the fruit cup and after she provided the assortment, I asked if we could get just blueberries and she said yes, we can make that happen! It was so nice that they accommodated our request. We had the pulled pork sandwich (only regret I wished I would have got a side of bbq sauce) and the burger which was good as well.

I ordered the Philly Brisket Sandwich. It was ok. Very fatty brisket. Not much on the sandwich, so there was a lot of extra bread. Had a side salad and was plenty.Service was ok.

We were staying at Timber Lodge and didn't feel like leaving the hotel for dinner, so we figured we would give Smokey's BBQ a try. The food wasn't the best BBQ I've had but also wasn't the worst. The wings and side salad were good. My son liked the Mac and cheese that came with his meal. I'd say if you are staying at Timber Lodge and looking for a convenient meal this will do.

We ordered delivery. So I am sure that the food is better. Dine in it had great flavor but was cold. I would definitely go there and give them a fair review.

Really busy, so we had to eat at the bar. Pork Tatchos were almost enough to be our meal. Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac was delicious.

Food was average, service was horrible place was small but clean Fried Pickles didn't come with a sauce, brisket was good but the tater tots were cold, burger was okay, hot dog was.... A hot dog nothing special. Over priced for the convenience of not leaving the property, definitely better option just a few minutes down the road

Great for families and toddlers. Portions are small for the price paid.

The corned beef breakfast is one of the best I've had. The potatoes are crispy and delicious. The eggs are fluffy and bouncy. The corned beef is smoked and chunked off of an.actuwl brisket. Far better than a hotel restaurant should be. So very good. Biscuits and gravy were a big surprise, too!

How about 0 stars! The ribs are horrendously bad!!! Very tough! Very dry! No flavor! AVOID THIS "SMOKEHOUSE" and they cost $24 for a 1/2 slab!!! HELL NO! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I'm guessing that Smokey's used to have more regular hours before the pandemic, but since travel has gone down, maybe its hours have decreased too. If you're staying at Timber Lodge, this is 1 of 2 food spots on site, and the only restaurant in the building. The other food spot consisting of more convenience foods (hot dogs, pizza, etc.). It smells like steak when you come in, but it's a BBQ joint. It's nicely designed, with booths, tables, wood, and windows open to the water park below for some dinner entertainment for kids and adults alike (as in you can look out the window instead of at walls)! The prices are what you'd expect for a BBQ and in-hotel type of place, and the food was good for what it was. Nothing spectacular, but solid. The restaurant isn't very big so keep that in mind when figuring out when you'll be showing up for dinner - we arrived at 5:45 with three kids in tow, and we were able to get seated within a few mins, but it gets full pretty quick since it's such a small restaurant. Staff is very friendly and informative. - Amish chicken: I'd recommend this one - it's good quality chicken, roasted to tender perfection while still staying moist, and comes with two sides for $16, not bad for a BBQ joint! I got the mac 'n cheese and side salad, which were both meh. Their other sides probably packed a punch vs the side salad was a bit less sophisticated, just had some shredded carrots and halved tomatoes on lettuce. - Kid's brisket: Not a bad deal ($12), they do give the kids the end pieces of the brisket that aren't as tender/fatty, so the pieces are a lot tough to chew. But it comes with a side, so it's not too bad a deal. - Brisket Cheesesteak (think it was called something else): Was surprisingly good for $16ish - the brisket was sliced very thinly so fell apart when eating, in a good way. There was a great au jus paired with it, so it made the sandwich softer to chew, and the cheese and accompaniments did a good job bringing the sandwich together. Came with a side. If you're staying at this resort and don't feel like leaving, it's a good option. Or maybe consider getting the food to go - just make sure you plan with enough time for them to make the food. The kitchen looked busy and stressed by the time we left around 7pm, so be mindful of that!

This place is terrible, I didn't have confidence from the moment I checked in when the girl was having a side conversation and then finally acknowledged me. It was a 30 minute wait, yet there were tables empty that just needed cleaned. The waiter keep forgetting our drinks and apologizing because they were so busy. Our food was disgusting. Also the table behind us was left dirty half the time we ate and was finally cleaned and others were seated. Not worth the money or the wait.
