Great service, but I will never order a black iced tea from Starbucks again. Black hot tea is great, but the iced is very weird tasting, and it’s pre made, so you get the same thing if they remake it. How can you screw up such a basic drink, and I was really looking forward to it for the long drive ahead : ( !!!
So I went into Starbucks a few days before Christmas and they completely messed up my order so I called when I got home and they told me I could come in and they would make me a new one and that it was no big deal so I went in today and I had explained what happened and it was a blonde and a Burnett working and they were very very very rude about it and they were not helpful what so ever!! I wouldn’t recommend going!
