I just love Starbucks! ❤️
The wait for a cup of coffee whether in the drive thru or in cafe is ridiculous! My suggestion for a better workflow would be to have a dedicated team for drive thru and dedicated in cafe. I find whatever system they’re using just ridiculous and a waste. I’ve been the only one in the cafe to order a single coffee and find I’m waiting 20 min while drive thru and mobile orders are somehow worked in and completed. No better in the drive thru where you need to build a half hour...read full review
