These ladies are awesome!! They let my daughter decorate her own doughnuts this morning. They all looked on like a clutch of aunts.
They are ok. I usually have fast service and the correct order everytime I go there before work. I was late though today because they took awhile and then this lady was a little rude when I said my coffee was incorrect after 15 or more minutes of waiting. I also said how I was going to be late for work. Then I said I didn't mind taking the incorrect coffee because I liked the incorrect coffee anyways(im not picky with my coffee). Went to Dunkin in Lake Geneva this evening, and it was such a great experience! The manager and another team member were incredibly busy, yet they still took extra time to answer our questions and recommend drinks. They were so kind and polite, with smiles on their faces the entire time.
