As a loyal customer of this store and others in the area, I can say with certainty that speed, service and efficiency have gone down dramatically at this Lake Geneva Starbucks location.I mobile ordered a cold brew with sweet cream cold foam, and I waited an additional 10 minutes from the estimated time of the order. McKenna the manager was fantastic. After a long wait, McKenna was really kind and polite and after I requested a discount or comped drink, she gave it to me for free! Made my day and the wait way better.
