I would just like to give a huge shout out to Culvers in Lake Mills WI! My daughter, granddaughter and some of their friends, had a house fire. This was a total loss. Culvers reached out and offered some food coupons for the kids! It feels so good to see so much community support and love. You guys are a blessing. Ordered our food (2 sandwiches and 1 order of fries). Waited for 20 minutes and still no food. I asked how much longer and was told 8-10 minutes. Decided to get a refund as we had someplace we needed to be. 20-30 minute wait for fast food is unacceptable. Staff is young and standing around, chatting, one girl yelling at another one. Shift manager was working hard, but I would expect more from my staff.

The owners are incredible people and are always helping out the local community. This Culver’s is a solid experience, with a clean restaurant and friendly, efficient staff. ButterBurger and cheese curds were hot, fresh, and tasted great. The frozen custard was the highlight; the flavor of the day was Dark Chocolate PB Crunch, and it was rich and creamy. Drive-thru service was quick. Culver’s strives to provide a satisfying dining experience.
