Ordered a couple of subs on 12-8-24. My wife Discovered a hair in one of them, only after taking a bite and having to pull it out of her mouth. Have left feedback and no one has reached out. Good luck with this location.
We went in the store a couple of weeks ago and had to repeat the order several times and it was still wrong. I asked about the chips for my meal and the worker said, she didn’t pay for the chips and I said just forget about it and as I was walking away, the General Manager Brett said “JC” lady, it’s only a bag of chips then my husband asked him again why he said that, he denied it. Even sent a email to the headquarters of Jimmy Johns and no owner from the store acknowledged...read full review
Called in food at 12:06 to be delivered and still haven’t gotten it and it’s 1pm. Freaky fast? I think not!
Update: Just got here and they forgot the chips. Guess we’ll have to wait another hour. Oh and we didn’t get any straws.
