Waited 15 min, sent our kid in with the receipt to "remind" them, was told they'd be right out, waited another 15 min, finished our meal and decided wasn't worth the effort to pursue the refund. Disappointed but acknowledge that this is not like most other A&W's

The last three times I've been there, it's taken like 10-15 minutes before I got my order. Not sure if they're short staffed or what, but it's a little frustrating. I was told to pull around to the other side and waited in my car 15 minutes (yes, I timed it) before I finally went inside to get it myself. Friendly staff, but an apology on the wait goes a long way, nit even a "thanks for waiting." Do better.

kids were allowed to run crazy uncheck yelling throughout the restaurant. Stood at the counter and guy saw me and stood stared then turned and walked away. He saw me still standing at the counter waiting and stares again finally a women maybe a manager asked if I was ready to order and I said yes she just stood there staring at me for a min till I said yes louder and sent over the first kid to take my order. Got my food ordered at 3:19 pm didn't get it till almost 3:40 pm. The place was gross the floors needed to be sweep really bad. Probably will not return to that location

Horrible. This place has gone into the gutters. We waited over 20 mins for our order. I do understand places are short staffed but when we got to the window to pay, the card scanner was beyond dirty, the guy stuffed our entire order into one bag and the bag couldn't close. Then our frys look like they were made last night and reheated to serve today. They also taste very stale. I would rather drive 30 mins to an a&w then to sit and wait for garbage. 45 dollars spent that will not be eaten. Hope the higher ups see this and actually care and try to fix this. Today they deserve no stars.

Placed an Uber eats order today, 11/17 at 1:12 pm to have delivered to my sister in the hospital. I had requested meat on the burger (the fact they even ask that on the menu is ridiculous, who eats a burger with just a bun) and when the order arrived at the hospital, both burgers had no patty. Uber eats told me to contact the restaurant to give them an opportunity to make it right. When I did, the girl who answered was extremely rude in her tone once I told her I couldn’t have someone go pick it up since I live in another state and that’s why I got the Uber eats to take it to my sister. When I asked for her manager, she said she was the acting manager on shift. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me though I asked three times.I hope someone in corporate knows who this person was and teaches them some manners and what customer service should. My family and I will no longer give them our business. This kind of person should not be in customer service, especially not as a manager.

This store had gone in the dump! I was told to wait by the kid on the speaker. Waitting 7 mins for him to tell me they are no longer taking orders after making me wait 7 mins with my window down when it's raining. Very poor service. A monkey could do better!

AND not to mention it's a BEAUTIFUL, old school, large A&W with outdoor car-hops and dine-in options, with table service!I cannot say enough about it...and the staff!I traveled from Wausau for work last weekend and came here after a long work day, open til 10:30pm!!! Yay!!!I was OVERLY impressed with the staff and their great, HAPPY vibes!! Mostly all young peeps for staff...could've been out with friends on this Saturday night, could've been grumpy about being at work on Saturday night, but there was NONE of that whatsoever! They were laughing, high-fiving, smiling, and attentive to customers. WOW!! You guys NAILED IT!! (KITCHEN and DINING ROOM)Jayden tended to me and did a FABULOUS job!!! What a nice young man!!I had 3 piece Cod dinner, fries, root beer float, cheese curds and Chili. Yes!! I was hungry!!It was ALL DELISH, hot and just what I needed(: I was also impressed that this fine establishment was generous with condiments!!I'll be back for sure I hope! Wish I were there right now haha ?Thank you for the FANTASTIC dining experience and please keep up the Terrific work you guys/gals. You all made a terrific end to my day!
