The chicken strips are AMAZING !!!! Real, pull apart chicken. We tried several sides and everything was delicious !!! Highly recommend checking this place out. Our family's new favorite place for take out food. Well Done A &W staff !!!

You would think I would learn, but gave them yet another chance. The last 3 times I've been there, I've had to wait SO long for my order. The last time was for one combo meal, and they told me to park on the other side of the bldg, and they'd bring it out. (Mind you no one was ahead of me, and there were only 2 cars behind me.) After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to see what was going on, and my food was in a bag, on the counter. No apologies at all, just, "I was just going to bring it out to you." I don't know if inside service is any better, but I'm not sure I want to give them another chance, to be honest.
