“This morning I stopped for a bagel sandwich and coffee. The crew were engaging and smiling and you could hear the smile at the drive-through intercom. They were busy but made me feel valued. My sandwich was made with such care, everything was perfectly centered on the bagel making easy to handle and enjoy. Such a great experience and a nice way to begin my day. Thank you Lancaster. “Please clean your tables! As someone passing through town and entering an empty restaurant, I would like to see cleanliness. If you're not helping customers, the place should be clean at the least. The food was fine and what we expected of a Subway.“
“My daughter and I go in there weekly since it's one of her favorite places to eat. Matt is there most times we go in and he is by far her favorite employee (which shes told him) that works there. He is great and patient with her while she orders her sub (she's 4...so it takes a bit sometimes, but there is no pressure on her to hurry up). There is a younger girl (I can't remember her name) who is great as well!! Those 2 make our experience amazing every time. For them to acknowledge my daughter and let her order for herself is amazing since not all employees do that. When I get the girls name I'll add it here as both her and Matt deserve a huge shout out!! Thank you both for everything you do!!“
