“Today was an awful day. My truck decided to break down right in the middle of the driveway! I went inside to talk to someone to see if there was anyone that could help me push it into a parking spot. Melissa Gabrielson, the GM was absolutely amazing! She was kind, understanding, and just went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable as I was panicking. She gathered up a couple of guys to helpme push it out of the way, told me it was OK to leave it there until I could get someone to pick it up, talked to me and distracted me to help calm me down. We were able to figure out how to drive it home, thankfully. Melissa, thank you so much. I will never forget your kindness. Please, thank the guys again for me. Your kindness and comfort means more to me than you'll ever know.“

“First McDonald's that I received good service in a long time. Cashier was helpful. I was greeted when they brought my food to my table. The lobby was clean. All of the tables were clean.
My past McDonald's experiences were poor. This was different. With friendly, talking employees, this was a much better experience. I like dining at a clean restaurant.“
“Food was hot & delicious. Got the 4 piece chicken tenders with fries, white delicious gravy & toast plus a very berry smoothie yum. Went through drive & spent around $23.07 that included another 4 piece chicken tenders minus the drink. Definitely worth stopping. Right on main street. Pleasant customer “

“I ate the burger before I got a picture of it.Sorry.But check out the video I witnessed some excellent excellent customer service from two young people that were working one was at the Register and the other one was filling the bags of orders, and there was a disgruntled customer that came up to the counter. And these 2 guys were so professional. So polite did their job so well they are exactly what customer service is. And I hope that you give them a raise.I hope you recognize that they understand the job at hand and that this is what you want your employees that deal with customers to act like thank you guys for being alive.I'm glad I got to see that today“
