“Went through the drive through on the Melby st location this evening. I ordered 2 subs and they were the worse non fresh subs I have ever gotten at any Erbert and Gerberts location. The lettuce was nasty, rusty and slimey! I can't believe they would even serve subs that looked like this! With almost $18.00 for the 2 subs, I expect the ingredients to be fresh! To top it off, the gal came to the window with gloves on, took my money and then made my sandwiches. I am willing to bet she did not change her gloves! I definitely will not be going back for awhile! We have always had good sandwiches, been going for years. But this evening was bad!“

“This Subway location is excellent. The bread and toppings were very fresh, and the service was just as impressive. A super friendly UW–La Crosse student kept things moving efficiently while making everyone feel welcome. I ate there but used the app to order ahead which saved me a lot of money. “Last two times I've been in there the people were cool it smells amazing like usual.. i got two of the bacon ranch chicken footlongs and the subs were made correctly they weren't stingy with the toppings anyways but they still checked with me to make sure it was to my liking throughout the process and didn't get frustrated if i asked for a little more of one or two things.. double chocolate cookies were soft and fresh as well.. no complaints here?‍♀️?“
