ZERO STARS
I have been eating at Coney Island for over 50 years, and I will never, ever, ever - and I can't stress this enough - EVER, eat there again. I ordered two single dogs with extra mustard and onions - both dogs had literally just a few drops of mustard on each one (the last time I went they wouldn't put mustard on the dogs either and then said they were out of mustard and gave me packets when I could see the cup of mustard with the wooden spoon in it ON THE COUNTER)....read full review
Went to Coney Island Lacrosse today. Bought 5 hotdogs & 2 large fries with chicken Os & a small fry. Based on customer reviews, Coney Island Station offers solid meals for the money, though experiences can be hit or miss. The 'Coney Dogs with Everything' (chili, mustard and onions) and fries are favorites, with food described as good as always and decently priced. Service is generally fast and friendly, with outstanding customer service and kind team members. However, some staff have been described as gruff, with reports of a tray being thrown and a worker yelling at customers. The Wisconsin cheese soup was reportedly cold and tasted like nacho cheese dip, and buns have been stale. The restaurant has around a dozen small tables, is always clean, and shows its history in pictures and logos on the walls. The building is one level with no entry steps, and there is a shared parking lot with plenty of spots and handicap parking available.
